Community Services Whether it’s on the job or in the community, unions stand for people helping people. When members experience personal problems outside the workplace, Community Services Committees are there to assist. In times of natural disasters, the department coordinates relief efforts. The number of retirees in the IAM doubled over the past decade and continues to grow.
